Connexions is a service designed to give advice, guidance and support to all 13 to 19 year old people. They specialise in helping people within that age group on an individual level. The advice and support will depend on your needs. You may want help with: Benefits Alcohol, drugs and smoking Sexuality and sexual health – including birth control and pregnancy Health Housing (Accommodation) Training and jobs Education, careers and language Mental and emotional health problems Money and debt information Relationships, family and problems at home What to do in your free time They can also help with filling in application and claim forms, as well as advice and support for claims with the Job Centre or District Council.
